PROTECT CONSUMER CHOICE, HEMP FARMERS, & SMALL BUSINESSES SB 3: Would ban nearly all hemp products — allowing only CBD and CBG isolates. This means gummies, drinks, flower, tinctures, and even full-spectrum CBD oil would be made illegal, despite being safe, regulated, and relied on by millions of Texans for relief and wellness.
